■ Refund & Exchange Policy

Fair, both ways.

EFFECTIVE: JULY 14, 2026

This policy covers everything bought on feelinworld.com: event passes and FEELIN pieces. It applies from the moment sales open on the Site and follows the e-commerce and consumer protection regulations of Saudi Arabia.

[01]Event passes

  • If we cancel an event: full refund, automatically, to your original payment method.
  • If we reschedule or change the venue: your pass stays valid for the new date. If the new date does not work for you, request a full refund within 7 days of the announcement.
  • Change of mind: passes are for a specific dated event and are non-refundable once purchased, as stated clearly at checkout before you pay.
  • Refused entry: a holder refused entry for violating the entry conditions stated at purchase is not entitled to a refund.

[02]FEELIN pieces

  • You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it, unused, in its original condition and packaging, for a full refund of the product price.
  • Defective or wrong items: we replace them or refund in full, including delivery costs, at your choice.
  • Items marked as final sale at checkout (limited drops) are exchangeable for size where stock allows, but not refundable, unless defective.

[03]How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. Once approved, they are issued within 7 business days; your bank may take additional days to post the amount.
