Submitting the form on this Site is an application, not a membership. Selection is at our discretion and is based on fit with the community. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and belongs to you. We may decline or remove any application that misrepresents who you are.

Passes are sold for specific FEELIN events only, each with its own date, venue, and entry conditions shown at purchase. Prices are in Saudi Riyal and include VAT where applicable.

• A pass admits the named holder. We may verify identity at entry.
• Reselling or transferring a pass without our written consent voids it.
• Entry is curated and venues have their own rules (including age requirements). We and the venue reserve the right of admission; a holder refused entry for violating stated rules is not entitled to a refund.
• Event dates, lineups, and venues may change. Our refund commitments for cancellations and changes are in the Refund Policy.

Products are made in limited runs and offered while stock lasts. Product photos are as accurate as screens allow; minor variations are part of small-run production. Returns and exchanges are covered in the Refund Policy.

Payments on the Site are processed by licensed payment providers in Saudi Arabia. We never store your card details on our servers. An order is confirmed only after the payment provider confirms the transaction.

You agree not to misuse the Site: no automated scraping of other people's data, no interference with the Site's operation, and no use of FEELIN content, logos, or media outside the Site without our written permission. All brand content is owned by FEELIN.

We provide the Site as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under the laws of Saudi Arabia, including consumer protection and e-commerce regulations.
